This notice explains what information HJ Bennett Real Estate ("we", "us") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the public site at hjbennett.com and the deal-submission process.
Deal submissions. When you submit a deal, we collect the project details, your contact information (name, phone, email, and address), any broker details you provide, and the documents you upload.
Technical & usage data. Basic information such as IP address and browser type, used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
Analytics data. With your consent, aggregated and anonymized information about how the site is used (see below).
To review and respond to deal submissions, to communicate with you about an opportunity, and to operate, secure, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

We use Google Analytics 4 (a Google service) to measure how the site is used in aggregate. It is configured to truncate IP addresses and to disable advertising and cross-device signals. Analytics cookies are non-essential, so you control them:
• EU, EEA, UK & Switzerland — set only after you accept them in the cookie banner.
• United States & elsewhere — may run by default; you can decline or opt out at any time from the banner.
Declining leaves the site fully functional. To change your choice later, clear the hjb_consent cookie to re-open the banner. You can also install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Uploaded documents are stored on managed, access-controlled infrastructure (Cloudflare) and are scanned for malware using a third-party security service before review. We share data only with the providers needed to run the service — Cloudflare (hosting, storage, network security), the malware-scanning service, and Google Analytics — each under their own terms.
We keep submissions for as long as needed to evaluate and act on the opportunity. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To make a request, contact us at privacy@hjbennett.com.
